Research

Technical solutions to security problems begin with research. The ISS seeks to develop the tools and knowledge necessary to develop practical technologies vital to national defense and homeland security. By partnering with UNLV researchers, government agencies, and other leading research institutions, the ISS is working to solve several homeland security and anti-terrorism challenges facing the U.S. government and private-sector entities.
